At Linden Loaves, our commitment to crafting the finest sourdough bread with the purest ingredients is at the heart of what we do. Our bread is made with just three ingredients: water, unbleached stoneground flour, and fine sea salt.  We rely on natural yeasts and bacteria, avoiding commercial additives. Our bread undergoes a 4-6 hour fermentation followed by a 12-hour cold proof, revealing remarkable depth of flavour and texture. We source our flour locally from Champagne Valley and maintain a direct line of communication with our suppliers, ensuring freshness and integrity. 

Freshness is our mantra. Our bread is baked daily in small batches and promptly delivered to your shelves within 4-5 hours. Each loaf is handcrafted and baked in an artisan bread oven of our own design and fabrication. It has stone decks and misting, essential for the crispy crust and creamy crumb structure that are characteristics of our bread. The nutritional profile of each loaf: 95g of protein, 459g of glycemic carbohydrates, 8.2g of dietary fiber, and balanced salt. Wholesome and nourishing. We use white paper packaging with a branded sticker for minimal environmental impact.
