SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver freshly baked sourdough bread across Johannesburg. Because our bread is baked in small batches for freshness, delivery is arranged directly with our team rather than through automated shipping rates.

Delivery areas and cost: We currently deliver across greater Johannesburg. Delivery rates range from approximately R48 to R120 depending on your area, and will be confirmed with you before your order is finalised.

Delivery days: We bake and deliver Tuesday to Saturday, with deliveries typically starting from 8am. Orders placed online are fulfilled in line with our baking schedule, so please allow for our standard lead time, especially for larger or specialty orders such as our Caterer's Collection or Pizza Balls.

Collection: If you'd prefer not to pay a delivery fee, you're welcome to collect your order directly from our bakery in Linden, Johannesburg. Collection typically starts from 10:00 on your scheduled day.

Wholesale customers: Standing wholesale orders follow the same delivery schedule, with rates depending on delivery area and order size. See our wholesale page for details.
