Wholewheat Batard (Pre-order)

Our wholewheat sourdough batard.

Our sourdough batards are 36-hour fermented, hand shaped and known for their crispy crust and creamy crumb. They are 100% sourdough, made with only flour, water and salt, with the exception of additions like herbs, seeds, feta and olives.

All breads freeze beautifully.
